RSL was founded as a limited partnership in April 2002, in Austin, Texas by Steve McDaniel and has established corporate offices and a research facility laboratory in Austin, TX.

 

In 2007, RSL established a high profile Advisory Committee to prepare and lead RSL, through innovative research & development, into commercialization and to establish the company as the global market leader in bioengineered additives for the paints and coatings industry.

 

RSL continues as a limited partnership, with Dr. McDaniel as the majority share holder and Chairman of the Advisory Committee.
